Our own bookkeeping runs on TransactionFlow, the AI-assisted accounting platform we built and use in production every day. We built it because we were done with the yearly price increases from QuickBooks and Xero, and we now share it with other accounting firms.

PTN Accounting is led by Peter Nalepa — a professional accountant with 20 years of experience (EA, MS Business Analytics) serving service-based businesses since 2018.

The firm began with bookkeeping and tax returns, and grew into technology as clients needed it: combining tax expertise with data analytics and modern tools so business owners can make smarter decisions. Along the way Peter built two products the firm runs on every day: TransactionFlow, the AI-assisted accounting platform, and Open Mind Ledger, the CFO dashboard for full analytics and forecasting.
